My journey into the health and wellness field began with Reflexology in 1996. It fascinates me how you can affect the whole body through the feet. While I love Reflexology, and it is my first true love within the healing arts, I’ve been drawn to continue taking courses in many different modalities.
Throughout the years I’ve followed my heart, which led me to take courses in The Way of the Heart, Reiki, Chair Massage, Indian Head Massage, Metamorphosis and more. Each modality is such a gift and has tremendous value for myself and my clients. In a session I follow the energy of what is required as well as what the client desires. I love sharing my knowledge with my clients to help them feel and look their best.
My home office is at McKinley Beach in Kelowna, where not only do you receive an amazing session, you also get to enjoy a beautiful relaxing view of Okanagan Lake.
I am a member of both the Reflexology Association of Canada and the Reflexology Association of BC and have served on the board of RABC for 7 years, 3 as the president and 4 as a director.
Continuing to learn, ask questions, laugh, create fun, and enjoy new experiences is something that I love. What magic and healing can we create together?
